• 벌 알레르기, 약물 알레르기, 또는 음식물(식품) 알레르기 등으로 아나필락시스 반응이 생길 수 있고 그로 인해 쇼크 내지 사망까지 할 수 있다. 
• 에피네프린 주사약은 아나필락시스 반응을 응급으로 치료할 때 가장 필수적으로 필요한 응급 치료용 약물 중 하나이다. 
• 에피네프린은 아드레나린(Adrenalin) 성분이 든 약물이다. 
• 아나키트 자가 주사기 주사약이나 에피펜 자가 주사기 주사약은 환아 자신이나 주위에 있는 사람이 필요에 따라 현장에서 즉시 피하 주사나 근육주사로 즉시 알레르기(아나필락시스) 반응을 치료할 수 있게 만든 에피네프린 성분이 든 주사약이다.

1. 에피펜  EpiPen 또는 Auvi-Q

① EpiPen 2-Pak과 

② EpiPenJr 2-Pak이 있다. 

• 이 두 종류의 EpiPen의 성분은 Epinephrine이다. 
• 필요하면 의사의 처방에 따라 몇 개를 구해 적절한 곳에 보관한다. 
• 실제로 쓰기 전에 쓰는 법을 미리 배워야 한다. 
• Auvi-Q 의 성분도 Epinephrine이다

  2. 벌, 음식물, 약물 아나필락시스치료에 쓸 수 있는 응급 약물

① 에피펜 자가 주사기 주사약

② 아나키트 자가 주사기 주사약

③ 에피네프린 주사를 피하주사로 응급치료를 할 수 있다. 

• 그와 동시 다음 응급치료를 받기위해 의사의 조언을 받든지 또는 병원 읍급실의 지시대로 치료를 시작한다. 
• 벌에 쏘인 후 벌 아나필락시스(벌 전신성 알레르기) 반응이 있었던 과거 병력이 있거나,
• 그 외 다른 원인으로 아나필락시스 반응이 생겼던 과거 병력이 있는 아이는 의사의 처방에 따라 
• 에피펜 자가주사기 주사약이나 아나키트 자가 주사기 주사약 3개를 구하여 집안, 학교, 승용차 등에 보관했다가 필요할 때 쓸 수 있게 한다. 
• 나이에 따라 본인이 항상 가지고 다녀야 한다.

• An anaphylactic reaction, such as a bee allergy, drug allergy, or food allergy, may result in shock or even death.

• Epinephrine injection is one of the most essential emergency treatment drugs for emergency treatment of anaphylactic reactions.

• Epinephrine is a drug containing adrenaline.

• Anakit Auto-Injector Injection or Epi-Pen Auto-Injector Injection is an injection containing epinephrine that allows the patient or those around him or her to immediately treat allergic (anaphylactic) reactions by subcutaneous injection or intramuscular injection, if necessary.

 1. EpiPen

① EpiPen 2-Pak and

② There is EpiPenJr 2-Pak.

• The component of these two types of EpiPen is Epinephrine.

• If necessary, obtain a few as prescribed by your doctor and store them in a suitable place.

• You should learn to write before you actually write.

2. Bees, food, and drugs Emergency drugs that can be used to treat anaphylaxis

① Epipen auto-injector injection

② Anakit Auto-Injector Injection

③ Epinephrine injection can be administered as an emergency treatment by subcutaneous injection.

• At the same time, receive the advice of a doctor for the next emergency treatment or start treatment as directed by the hospital township.

• have a history of bee sting anaphylaxis (systemic bee allergy) reaction after a bee sting;

• Children with a previous history of an anaphylactic reaction for any other cause should be treated as prescribed by a doctor.

• Obtain 3 Epi-Pen Self-Injector Injections or Anakit Auto-Injector Injections and store them at home, school, or car so that you can use them when you need them.

• Depending on your age, you should always carry it with you.
